Unless stated, all orders are processed after 5 days.

Pre-Order:

All Pre-Orders begin shipment on the date listed, pre order shipments are processed and shipped thoroughout the week following the date listed on the product/collection.

Shipping Schedule and Delivery:

Shipping Days: 

All orders are shipped on Saturdays. Once processed, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Depending on your location, delivery times may vary. Typically, orders within the United States arrive within 3-5 business days.

International orders may take 7-15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers:

We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL to ship our products. The choice of carrier depends on the size and weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the completion of your purchase.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can accept changes or cancellations before your order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.
