SHIPPING POLICY

All Orders ship via UPS within 5 business days of your order being placed. 
If you wish to have an alternative shipping method, please email us at orders@inasense.co 

Packages are usually picked up within 24 Hours of when your tracking is created.

SOME SHIPPING ISSUES CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN SEEING:
  • Packages arriving without updated tracking
  • Longer hold periods between the time packages  leave our location & when/if they are scanned in.
  • Packages being rerouted to off route locations before making it to the final destination
  • Packages saying “In Transit” for extensive periods
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail & include insurance. Insurance does not cover stolen items.

If your item arrives broken, please email orders@inasense.co with order # & photos.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless an error occurs on the behalf of INASENSE Co.

  • Are these candles safe to inhale?
    • All Inasense Co candles are handcrafted with a blend of Coconut & Beeswax and mixed with hand-blended Essential Oils & Phthalate free fragrance which is eco-friendly and safe for inhalation and topical use.
  • Are all candles massage candles?
    • We have formulated our wax to be skin safe. We use skin safe oils, but some products may contain heavy amounts of essential oils, which can be irritating to the skin. Every person's skin is unique, so we recommend doing a small patch test for your safety!
  • Why coconut wax?
    • Coconut Wax burns cleaner and longer than any of the other waxes. Longer burn gives you a better investment for your candle purchase. 
    • Coconut Wax has a much better scent throw and by combining it with beeswax, makes an excellent massage candle
    • I've placed my order, now what?
      • Due to the impact of COVID-19 we are currently asking for 5-7 Business Days for standard orders & 10-15 Business Days during promotional/sale periods.
    • My products arrived damaged!
      • All Orders are shipped via USPS Priority shipping and include insurance. Remember to take a photo of your item, send that and order information to orders@inasense.co so we can have your item replaced!
    • My wick isn't staying lit... What's wrong?
      • It is possible that the wick is trimmed too low for the wax. We pride ourselves on quality service & want you to get the most out of your experience. Email us at orders@inasense.co for assistance.
    • Do you take custom requests?
      • We love custom orders! Let us assist you with crafting the ambience of your creative dreams. Reach out using the contact form or email us at orders@inasense.co for more information!
    • Do you give discounts for large orders?
      • Sure! If you are looking to purchase 12 or more candles, or would like us to create something you don't see on the site, we would love to assist you. Email us at orders@inasense.co for more information.
